Real Time Reception works by:

Real Time Reception will answer your calls via a phone number diversion or on a new direct dial number and will always have a friendly voice for your clients.

We will take your bookings, cancellations appointment changes and enter them into a secure web-based diary system. You also have access to this system 24 hours a day and are able to view and adjust your appointment schedule for both the future, present and past.

If you wish, you can have full control over the diary system, setting defaults such as your opening hours, appointment duration and lunch period. You also have the ability to create your own appointments and to cancel those already made.

All this happens in Real Time, live on the Internet. As soon as an appointment is created, that slot is unavailable for booking by anyone else - double booking is impossible.
