Is it secure?
Yes. The diary system is protected by a unique username and password combination that identifies each user individually.

Can I make bookings myself?
Yes. If you need to make a booking for a client, for example as a follow-up appointment whilst you're still with them, the system will allow you to view the available slots and to book. All you need is access to a computer with a web browser and an internet connection.

Do I need Broadband?
No. The diary system is designed to be a fast booking control device. A normal analogue modem connection is all you need.

Will I have a receptionist to myself?
No, however we will not over-burden our receptionists with clients. This will ensure that each receptionist will be able to quickly build a relationship with you and your clients whilst also doing the same for others

Will I need to have a new phone number?
No. We can help you arrange a diversion of your existing number if you prefer.

Do you offer a 24 hour answering service?
Not at this time - however, if you wish, your clients can book their own appointments on-line, 24/7.

Suppose the patient needs to speak to me?
We can contact you by email or text you with a message to contact your patient.
